Ezekiel has spent fourteen years building organizations from the inside — leading teams, standing up systems, and making brands that hold up in the real world.
Before ETG, he founded Up Creative Media and Bull City Creative, designing brands and websites for small businesses, nonprofits, and leaders. Again and again he saw talented people held back by brands that didn’t match their work — so he built a firm that starts with strategy.
He lives and works in Durham and is writing his first book, Forward Not Finished.
