We collect only what we need to answer you, do good work together, and understand how people find us. We never sell your personal information for money.

Who we are

ETG Strategy Partners is a brand consultancy based in Durham, North Carolina. It is a trade name (d/b/a) of Ezekiel Taylor Group LLC, which also does business as ETG Ministry Partners. In this policy, “ETG,” “we,” and “us” mean ETG Strategy Partners. This policy explains what personal information we collect through etstrategy.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us, call us, or book a Brand Intensive, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your business or practice name and website
What best describes you and what you need help with
Anything you write in your message, and details you share during our work together

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This helps keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and tracking tools. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work, such as remembering settings and preventing form spam. We also use two outside tools:

Google Analytics shows us, in aggregate, how people find and use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page, device type, general location (city level), and the site that referred you. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you visit and actions you take on our site, such as sending the contact form. We use it to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Meta may connect this with your Meta account under its own privacy policy.

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health details, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers, through the contact form or email.

How we use it

To reply to your message and schedule conversations
To provide the Brand Intensive and any services you hire us for
To send invoices, project updates, and other messages about our work together
To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We send marketing emails only if you ask to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, file sharing, and invoicing. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
With Google and Meta, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel described above. Sharing browsing data with Meta to show you our ads may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws, and you can opt out as described below.
With specialists on your project, such as a designer, developer, or photographer working with us under confidentiality, and only with your knowledge.
With our own advisors, such as our accountant or attorney, when needed.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ETG, our clients, or others.
In a business transfer, if ETG is reorganized, merged, or sold, subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to three years so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversations. We keep client project and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and legal requirements, generally seven years. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted providers. No website or email service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have about you
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or business records
Stop sending you marketing emails
Stop using your information for targeted advertising

To make a request, email hello@ezekieltaylor.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Limiting tracking.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our site does not load the Meta Pixel and tells Google not to use your visit for advertising.
Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ads at Google Ad Settings.
Meta: manage how Meta uses activity from other websites in your Meta ad preferences and your Facebook off-Facebook activity settings.
Your browser: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Children

Our site and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, including client sites shown in our work. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
